Connection without judgement

Substance use & recovery support
A woman or girl facing challenges with drugs or alcohol deserves dignity, understanding and a way forward. Our mission centres on connection, practical support and pathways to qualified care.

Every story is different. We make room for women’s goals, family circumstances, cultural identities and experiences, without defining anyone by substance use. Our approach brings together awareness, community partnerships and referrals.

Connect with qualified substance use, counselling, mental health and recovery services. The foundation’s role is community support and navigation; clinical assessment and treatment belong with qualified providers.

Teenage girls & young women
Girls and young women belong within our women-and-girls mission. Our priorities include age-appropriate awareness, mentorship and connections to qualified youth services, with appropriate safeguarding and consent practices.
Families seeking help for boys or other young people can be directed to suitable youth-serving organizations.
Our vision includes working alongside Indigenous women and community organizations to shape culturally responsive support. Partnerships and community guidance help determine what is appropriate; a single approach does not fit everyone.
Health Canada’s directory provides links to substance use services across Canada, including youth and Indigenous-focused resources.
