Immigrant & refugee support
Women and girls arriving in Canada bring knowledge, strength, skills and hopes for the future. Our mission is to help turn unfamiliar surroundings into connections, confidence and opportunity.

Starting again should not mean being overlooked. Our vision includes immigrant women, refugee women, women seeking asylum and their daughters, with support shaped by their circumstances and goals.

Build on existing experience through mentoring, training information, employment connections and business development pathways. Financing and programme eligibility are determined by the relevant provider.
Strengthen community relationships and find specialist support for isolation, discrimination, family pressures or abuse. Every woman deserves to be heard and treated with dignity.
Girls & young women
Our youth focus includes newcomer girls and young women navigating school, identity, friendships and future opportunities. Community partnerships can connect them with age-appropriate mentoring, education and youth services.
Finding your way in a new country is easier with connections. Our focus is helping women and girls connect with settlement organizations, language classes, schools, housing resources, employment services and community support.
When specialist help is needed, our role is to connect women with the right people—including lawyers and other qualified professionals—so they can get the assistance they need.
